Training is provided in a supportive environment and focuses on giving you the confidence to succeed in your job.
- On the Job Training

- CPR/1st Aid training
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age (some positions – at least 18 years of age)
- Good driving record (no more than 3 tickets on record; no DUI)
- Pass a State/Federal Background Check (company pays fee)
- Have or can obtain CPR/1st Aid certification (company pays fee)
- Have or can obtain UAP Medication Assistance certification (company pays fee)
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Direct Support Professional Positions:
- Split Shifts (work 3 days with 4 days off one week; work 4 days with 3 days off the next)
- Day shifts at Day Program
- Graveyard
CNA Positions:
- Days 6:30am – 2:30pm
- Swing 2:30pm – 10:30pm
- Graveyard 10:30pm – 6:30am
