Are you a fun, motivated person who would like to make a positive difference in the lives of people? Boise Group Homes employs Direct Support Professionals and C.N.A’s to assist adults with intellectual disabilities in their home, workshop and the community.

Training is provided in a supportive environment and focuses on giving you the confidence to succeed in your job.

  • On the Job Training
  • Comprehensive Module Training System
  • UAP Medication Assistant Certification
  • CPR/1st Aid training

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 21 years of age (some positions – at least 18 years of age)
  • Good driving record (no more than 3 tickets on record; no DUI)
  • Pass a State/Federal Background Check (company pays fee)
  • Have or can obtain CPR/1st Aid certification (company pays fee)
  • Have or can obtain UAP Medication Assistance certification (company pays fee)
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Direct Support Professional Positions:

  • Split Shifts (work 3 days with 4 days off one week; work 4 days with 3 days off the next)
  • Day shifts at Day Program
  • Graveyard

 

CNA Positions:

  • Days 6:30am – 2:30pm
  • Swing 2:30pm – 10:30pm
  • Graveyard 10:30pm – 6:30am
